On September 18, 2025, a meeting titled “New Doors Opened with Artificial Intelligence” was held under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Yavuz Ercil, with the participation of our department's faculty members.

The meeting addressed the historical development of artificial intelligence, its potential applications in various fields today, and artificial intelligence tools developed for different purposes. In addition, assessments were made regarding the contributions these technologies can make to academic research, communication practices, and education and training activities.
